The basic email server settings you will need for those instructions are located here.

• Please consider using the "POP" protocol on Smartphones and Tablets
• When using POP on Smartphones and Tablets consider enabling the option "Leave a copy on server.."
• "IMAP" is preferred on larger Windows/Mac PC's with full email clients (Like Outlook/Thunderbird/etc).
